Variable Auxiliary Time Series

Variable Auxiliary data are the operational parameters collected by MOS after each light or dark scan. If there are 105 scans in a MOBY file then there are 105 of each of these parameters. The plots below are an average of each MOBY file's parameters. Individual MOBY pages show plots of the scan- by-scan parameters. These parameters include Water Temperature, Blue array temp, Red CCD head temp, TT7 board temp, TT7 case temp, Depth, X Tilt, Y Tilt, TT7 Mains, and TT7 case humidity
